Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused selling experience that builds long-term relationships and drives repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Execute merchandising, visual presentation and inventory standards to maintain brand integrity on the sales floor.

Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience within premium or luxury retail; demonstrable success in meeting sales KPIs and experience in client relationship management. Previous experience with high-volume boutique or flagship store environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
