Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client-focused selling experience that builds long-term relationships and drives repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Execute merchandising, visual presentation and inventory standards to maintain brand integrity on the sales floor.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling and store reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain current product knowledge across categories and provide tailored styling recommendations to clients.
  • Support loss-prevention protocols and ensure compliance with store operational policies.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, back-of-house organization and receiving as required.
  • Participate in training initiatives and mentor junior colleagues when applicable to elevate team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and deliver personalised service.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a client-centric approach to selling.
  • Flexible availability including weekend and holiday shifts, and willingness to work retail hours.
  • Right to work in the country of employment and ability to comply with store operational requirements.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience within premium or luxury retail; demonstrable success in meeting sales KPIs and experience in client relationship management. Previous experience with high-volume boutique or flagship store environments is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
