Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to team performance and KPIs.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across leather goods, handbags and accessories to advise clients and increase conversion and average transaction value.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain immaculate store presentation to reflect brand image.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and reconcile sales at close of shift.
- Support inventory operations including receiving, stock replenishment, transfers and cycle counts.
- Follow loss-prevention procedures, compliance and company policies; escalate client or operational issues as required.
- Participate in training, store meetings and brand initiatives to maintain product and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished professional presentation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country.
