Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to team performance and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across leather goods, handbags and accessories to advise clients and increase conversion and average transaction value.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain immaculate store presentation to reflect brand image.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, handle cash and reconcile sales at close of shift.
  • Support inventory operations including receiving, stock replenishment, transfers and cycle counts.
  • Follow loss-prevention procedures, compliance and company policies; escalate client or operational issues as required.
  • Participate in training, store meetings and brand initiatives to maintain product and service standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished professional presentation.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country.

Experience
