Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
  • Execute clienteling activities, including follow-ups, appointments and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, handle cash and reconcile tills according to company procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and presentation of product on the sales floor and in windows.
  • Support stockroom organization, inventory control and replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and promotions to drive traffic and brand awareness.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand integrity policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in retail/fashion an advantage.
  • Professional presentation and strong product knowledge of fashion accessories and leather goods.

Experience
