Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
- Execute clienteling activities, including follow-ups, appointments and maintaining accurate client records.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, handle cash and reconcile tills according to company procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and presentation of product on the sales floor and in windows.
- Support stockroom organization, inventory control and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Participate in store events, product launches and promotions to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and brand integrity policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary education in retail/fashion an advantage.
- Professional presentation and strong product knowledge of fashion accessories and leather goods.

Experience
At least two years of direct retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and experience in client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
