Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized client service to cultivate loyalty and drive repeat business in a high-end retail setting.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective clienteling and proactive outreach.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain brand presentation on the sales floor, windows and fixtures.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash handling, returns and transactions, while adhering to loss-prevention policies.
  • Manage inventory tasks including replenishment, stock counts and receiving to ensure product availability.
  • Document client interactions and maintain CRM records to support long-term relationship development.
  • Support store operations such as opening/closing procedures, merchandising resets and ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues when required and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities with demonstrable sales results.

  • Reliable, punctual and able to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
