Coach is hiring a Senior Sales Associate in New York — deliver luxury client service and drive sales at Coach's flagship retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and product storytelling.
  • Manage day‑to‑day transactional duties including POS operations, payments, returns and accurate cash handling.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through stock receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and loss prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.

  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
