Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through in-person interaction, follow-up and clienteling activities.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively driving conversion, average transaction value and repeat business.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories) to advise clients and upsell appropriately.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policy.
  • Support visual merchandising and store floor standards to ensure brand presentation and merchandising guidelines are upheld.
  • Participate in inventory control, receiving, restocking and cycle counts to reduce shrink and maintain product availability.
  • Assist with client appointments, private shopping experiences and in-store events to enhance brand affinity.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing routines and all health & safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably with a premium or luxury fashion brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, customer-facing presentation and high emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fashion, merchandising or retail operations is advantageous.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing retail experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.

Education
