Role & Responsibilities

- Participate in training, brand initiatives and store meetings; contribute to a collaborative, service-focused store environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable excellence in customer-facing roles, with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation and an appreciation for luxury retail standards and brand aesthetics.
- Basic numeracy and competence handling transactions; attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Skills
Experience
Preferred: at least one year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium fashion or accessories. Experience building a personal client base and working to sales KPIs is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or sales is a plus.
