Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that reflects Coach’s brand standards and drives loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and expert product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships via targeted clienteling activities and CRM follow-up.
  • Execute visual merchandising, store standards and window presentations to maximize brand impact and conversion.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and accurate daily closing procedures.
  • Support inventory management, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention practices.
  • Contribute to store events, product launches and cross-functional initiatives; mentor and coach junior colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in retail sales within luxury, premium or fashion brands.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Authorization to work in the hiring country; professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury retail standards.

Experience
