Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high‑touch service to clients with an emphasis on building long‑term relationships and repeat business via proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and store housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card procedures securely.
- Support inventory management activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink prevention measures.
- Participate in store events, client appointments and trunk shows to drive traffic and brand engagement.
- Collaborate with the store team and leadership to communicate client feedback, market trends and promotional execution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-related coursework preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation toward high‑net‑worth and lifestyle clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work within performance-driven retail metrics.
- Attention to detail for merchandising standards and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education
