Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high‑touch service to clients with an emphasis on building long‑term relationships and repeat business via proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and store housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card procedures securely.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink prevention measures.
  • Participate in store events, client appointments and trunk shows to drive traffic and brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store team and leadership to communicate client feedback, market trends and promotional execution.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-related coursework preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation toward high‑net‑worth and lifestyle clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work within performance-driven retail metrics.
  • Attention to detail for merchandising standards and transaction accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
