Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the store point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash reconciliation when required.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, maintain store presentation and ensure stockroom organisation and replenishment.
  • Participate in inventory control, loss-prevention procedures and daily operational tasks to support store readiness.
  • Contribute to team objectives, share market feedback and assist in in-store events, launches and client appointments.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI ownership.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
