Coach seeks a Sales Associate in New York, NY — deliver exceptional client service and expert product knowledge for the luxury fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service that reflects Coach’s luxury positioning and builds long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and appropriate upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across current collections, materials and care to advise clients accurately.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and daily store presentation to reflect brand guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory control including stock replenishment, receiving, tagging and cycle counts.
  • Participate in clienteling activities and CRM updates to cultivate repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Legally authorized to work in the specified country and able to fulfil physical demands of the role (standing for long periods, lifting up to standard store limits).
  • Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a luxury retail environment.

Experience
