Role & Responsibilities

- Support inventory management tasks including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink minimization.
- Participate in product education and training to sustain up-to-date knowledge of collections, materials and brand heritage.
- Contribute to store opening and closing procedures, adherence to loss-prevention protocols and a safe, welcoming shop environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership on local marketing initiatives, client events and appointment-based selling.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; 1+ years preferred — luxury or fashion retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable client-facing skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour and strong interpersonal presence.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and perform light stockroom duties.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (where applicable).
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.

Minimum of one year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or fashion environments preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
