Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling of handbags, small leather goods and accessories.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to advise clients on materials, construction and care for Coach products.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately while handling cash and card transactions.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the store floor reflects the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, transfers and periodic stocktakes.
  • Assist in-store events, private client appointments and VIP experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Uphold loss-prevention protocols and maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and organization.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
