Coach in New York, NY is hiring a Sales Associate III to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive in-store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to luxury clients through active listening, tailored recommendations and ongoing clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting traffic, maximising average transaction value and executing strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across categories, including materials, construction and seasonal collections, to advise clients authoritatively.
- Execute visual merchandising and floor plans to brand standards, ensuring merchandising integrity, store presentation and stock rotation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales, exchanges and returns while adhering to cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Support inventory control activities, including receiving, tagging, stock counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in trainings, team briefings and promotional rollouts; contribute to a high-performance, client-focused store culture.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Commercial and target-driven mindset with strong numeracy and upselling capability.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment and compliance with company hiring requirements.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion houses; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or hospitality are advantageous.
