Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to luxury clients and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

- Support inventory control: receive, count and restock merchandise; assist with loss-prevention practices and stockroom organisation.
- Participate in training, product launches and promotional events; contribute to a collaborative store environment and cover flexible shift patterns including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holiday peaks.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience in a luxury or premium brand environment, with demonstrated success in client relationship building and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related field preferred but not required.
