Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects brand standards and fosters long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and in-store conversion.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate features, craftsmanship and brand heritage to clients.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure the sales floor and backstock are presentation-ready at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS, manage returns/exchanges, and uphold cash-handling procedures.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, cycle counts and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotional events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail sales, with demonstrable sales performance.
  • Proven clienteling ability and aptitude for building repeat business and long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, business or a related field preferred.

Experience
