Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-value and walk-in clients, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strong product knowledge across leather goods, accessories, and ready-to-wear.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle cash/cards, process returns/exchanges, and ensure compliant transaction and loss-prevention procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain floor presentation, replenish inventory, and support seasonal floor moves to uphold brand image.
- Support stockroom organization, receive and process shipments, perform stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Mentor and coach less-experienced colleagues during shifts, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and assist in store-opening or closing tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-caliber client service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused sales approach.
- Reliable numeracy and cash-handling competency; familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Right to work in the United States (immigration sponsorship not specified).

Experience
Typically 3+ years of direct retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium, or heritage fashion brands, with demonstrable results in client acquisition and retention.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, or luxury brand operations is advantageous.
