Coach seeks a Sales Associate in New York, NY to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and fosters long-term relationships.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and follow-up.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across categories and communicate craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage to clients.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; handle cash, returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently upheld; support inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention measures and compliance with brand policies.
  • Contribute to CRM data quality by capturing client information and tracking interactions for future engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for delivering outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
