Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and fosters long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across categories and communicate craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage to clients.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; handle cash, returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently upheld; support inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention measures and compliance with brand policies.
- Contribute to CRM data quality by capturing client information and tracking interactions for future engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for delivering outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment; ability to pass any required background or reference checks.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; prior experience with a luxury or premium brand is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or formal study in fashion/retail is advantageous.
