Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience consistent with the Coach brand, proactively building long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective clienteling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients and support merchandising.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and floor moves to present merchandise in line with brand guidelines and maximize sell-through.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns/exchanges and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
  • Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving, tagging and cycle counts; escalate shrink or inventory discrepancies.
  • Use CRM and store systems to capture client data, follow up on leads and manage after-sales service.
  • Contribute to store opening/closing procedures, maintain compliance with loss-prevention policies and uphold operational standards.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues as required, sharing best practice in client service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.
  • Reliable numeracy and experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or business is an asset.
