Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients and drive conversion.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) transactions, perform cash handling, and ensure accurate processing of returns and exchanges.
  • Support inventory management including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Participate in store events, private appointments and brand activations to enhance client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail, premium brand sales, or boutique environments (preferred).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and grooming standards.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
