Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective sales techniques.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients and drive conversion.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) transactions, perform cash handling, and ensure accurate processing of returns and exchanges.
- Support inventory management including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and brand activations to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail, premium brand sales, or boutique environments (preferred).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and grooming standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Approximately 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or designer brands, with a measurable history of achieving sales targets and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training and related certifications preferred.
