Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high‑touch client service across walk‑in and appointment customers to cultivate loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and effective clienteling.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and floor standards by implementing brand directives, maintaining inventory presentation and executing seasonal resets.
- Build and maintain client records using the store CRM; proactively follow up on leads, appointments and post‑purchase service.
- Assist with receiving, stock management and loss‑prevention practices to ensure merchandise integrity and availability.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures, team briefings and targeted selling initiatives or events.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric manner and a passion for luxury retail.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Comfortable working retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods; flexible scheduling required.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass background checks as required by store policy.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience is required, preferably within luxury or premium lifestyle brands. Candidates with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer‑service training is desirable but not mandatory.
