Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch, personalised service to clients to build loyalty and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to support client recommendations.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain a tidy, on-brand sales floor presentation.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately.
  • Manage clienteling activities and CRM records, scheduling appointments and following up on leads.
  • Support inventory control including receiving, stock replenishment and regular cycle counts.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention policies, cash handling procedures and store operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or luxury goods (1+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
  • Professional appearance and presentation consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
