Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized client service to a luxury clientele, driving conversion and long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and appropriate upselling of Coach assortments.
  • Maintain impeccable merchandising standards and visual presentation to brand guidelines, including window displays and floor sets.
  • Execute daily retail operations: operate POS, process transactions and returns, manage cash handling and reconcile tills accurately.
  • Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention measures.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotional events, client outreach and localized marketing initiatives to grow footfall and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail sales success, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories segments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and manage high‑touch client interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Demonstrated reliability with regard to punctuality, cash handling and adherence to company policies and loss prevention procedures.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
