Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-touch client service through active clienteling and relationship building to drive sales and repeat visits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective product presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including window displays and floor sets.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, restocking, stock counts and loss-prevention practices.
- Support events, product launches and VIP appointments; follow up with clients post-visit to nurture long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with store leadership on training, promotional execution and store operational tasks to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to sell consultatively and manage client relationships; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Professional presentation and grooming consistent with a luxury brand image.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country and ability to meet physical requirements of retail work (standing, light lifting).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to early-career role; 0–2 years of retail experience is typical. Prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, or sales is advantageous.
