Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience consistent with Coach brand standards and clienteling best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and relationship management.
  • Manage all point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling integrity.
  • Support visual merchandising and upkeep of product presentation to ensure boutique standards and seasonal planogram compliance.
  • Maintain client records, follow up on leads, and execute outreach campaigns to drive repeat business and loyalty program engagement.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff; escalate customer concerns and operational issues to store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with leather goods or accessories.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-value client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable with flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the hiring country and ability to perform standing and light physical tasks for extended periods.

Experience

Typically 2–5 years of frontline retail experience, with at least several years in a luxury or premium-brand environment and a proven history of achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or formal retail/luxury-brand training is advantageous.
