Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to drive sales and develop a loyal client base through active clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while executing visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and gift services, and ensure compliance with cash-handling and loss-prevention policies.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and apparel to provide informed styling advice and product recommendations.
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving shipments and housekeeping to preserve boutique presentation.
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotional events, private client appointments and in-store initiatives to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
- Participate in mandatory training, performance reviews and coaching to develop selling skills and brand knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
- Right to work in the United States (work authorization required).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a retail or luxury environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories, with demonstrated success closing sales and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in retail, fashion, merchandising, or business preferred but not required.
