Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while adhering to brand standards and KPI expectations.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation to prescribed brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using the store Point of Sale (POS) system and perform daily cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory management activities including receiving, stock rotation, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Contribute to loss‑prevention, store housekeeping and smooth day‑to‑day boutique operations.
- Keep current on product knowledge, seasonal collections and promotions to advise clients authoritatively.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
- Sales‑oriented, target driven with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding goals (preferred).
- Ability to execute visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Comfortable using retail POS systems and handling cash accurately.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium lifestyle brands. Demonstrable experience in clienteling, meeting sales targets and working in high‑volume boutique environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary coursework in retail, hospitality, fashion or related fields is advantageous but not required.
