Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury client service to build long-term relationships and maximize client lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain client records using CRM tools; follow up on leads, appointments and post-sale care.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; ensure cash handling controls.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts; communicate low-stock and product trends.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, brand compliance and store operational policies; participate in in-store training and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Legal right to work in the hiring country.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or product training preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-facing presence.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of direct retail sales experience in luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales targets. Experience using CRM and POS systems is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or sales is an advantage.
