Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, conversion and average transaction value KPIs.
  • Execute luxury visual merchandising standards and maintain a refined, sales-ready presentation on the sales floor.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Manage stockroom activities including receiving, replenishment and inventory accuracy; support cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Act as a product expert: communicate brand heritage, materials and product care guidance to clients.
  • Support store leadership with onboarding and mentoring of junior staff and contribute to team-driven initiatives and events.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in premium or luxury retail sales; typically 2+ years in client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.
  • Professional presentation and an appreciation for luxury brand standards and visual merchandising.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience

Minimum of two years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales with measurable commercial results and established client development skills.
