Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service through in-store engagement and proactive clienteling to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by driving transactions, suggesting complementary products and closing sales.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients authoritatively on features and craftsmanship.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor moves to brand standards, ensuring the sales floor is presentation-ready and inventory is accurately staged.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process payments and returns, and manage cash handling in accordance with store procedures.
  • Support inventory control, receiving and stock replenishment, and adhere to loss-prevention and security protocols.
  • Participate in client events, private appointments and omnichannel fulfilment activities (click-and-collect, reservations) as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or luxury brand coursework is advantageous.
  • Professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal presence consistent with a luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak season dates.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if located in the U.S.) or relevant country of employment.

Experience
