Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience consistent with Coach’s luxury standards, proactively greeting clients and building relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems to drive repeat business.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain impeccable stock presentation according to brand directives.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card procedures.
- Support inventory management activities including receiving, restocking, cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, product presentation and adherence to brand policies and operating procedures.

Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience is acceptable; 1+ years of selling experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred. Prior exposure to leather goods, handbags or accessories and a demonstrated sales track record are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in fashion, retail, business or a related field is a plus.
