Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience consistent with Coach’s luxury standards, proactively greeting clients and building relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems to drive repeat business.
  • Execute visual merchandising and maintain impeccable stock presentation according to brand directives.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card procedures.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving, restocking, cycle counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Maintain store standards of cleanliness, product presentation and adherence to brand policies and operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with basic numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work standing shifts in a retail environment.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience is acceptable; 1+ years of selling experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred. Prior exposure to leather goods, handbags or accessories and a demonstrated sales track record are advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in fashion, retail, business or a related field is a plus.
