Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-calibre, personalized customer service and build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by recommending products, presenting merchandise, and closing transactions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process payments, returns and exchanges, and handle cash responsibly.

- Support stockroom operations including receiving, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
