Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑calibre client service consistent with luxury retail standards to cultivate long‑term customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, refunds and reconciliations.
- Maintain meticulous visual merchandising and product presentation to brand guidelines.
- Manage stock processes including receiving, stock counts and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury fashion or accessories preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Right to work in the United States (work authorization) and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
