Role & Responsibilities

- Provide detailed product knowledge—materials, construction and care advice—for leather goods and accessories.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and practise disciplined client follow-up.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and a polished professional demeanor.

Preferably 1+ year of frontline retail experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment with a track record of meeting sales objectives and performing client follow-up.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in fashion/retail is advantageous.
