Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximize lifetime value.
  • Execute proactive clienteling including outreach, follow-up and personalised product recommendations to drive repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across seasonal collections, materials and craftsmanship to educate clients and support conversions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and gift receipts in accordance with brand policy.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, ensure floor sets reflect current directives and sustain an immaculate store presentation.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Participate in store meetings, training sessions and internal initiatives to reinforce brand standards and personal development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail (typically 2–4 years) with demonstrable sales results.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional presentation and a service-oriented demeanor consistent with luxury brand expectations.
  • Basic numeracy and accuracy in handling cash and transaction procedures.
