Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after‑sales follow-up.
  • Drive and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Maintain flagship store standards: visual merchandising, floor presentation and store housekeeping in line with brand directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns/exchanges per company policy.
  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, stock counts and replenishment; assist with stockroom organization.
  • Support loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures to safeguard store assets.
  • Participate in client events, launches and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to deliver a seamless omnichannel client experience.

  • Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Reliable numeracy and accurate cash-handling skills.
  • Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a luxury brand environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
