Role & Responsibilities

- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support store operations including opening/closing duties, staff communication, and participation in store events and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to identify client opportunities, escalate VIP service needs and communicate customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury goods or premium fashion, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrable ability to build rapport with diverse, high-value clientele and deliver tailored product recommendations.
- Strong visual merchandising sense and attention to detail to uphold brand standards.
- Reliable numeracy and cash-handling capabilities; integrity with regard to stock control and loss prevention.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak selling periods; willingness to travel between store locations when required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, delivering high-touch customer service and familiarity with store operations is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or a degree in retail, fashion, or a related field is advantageous.
