Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs by promoting product features, suggestive selling and cross‑selling.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS system and handle cash, returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss‑prevention measures.
- Participate in brand training, product education and store meetings; represent the brand at events and private client appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or luxury‑goods training advantageous.
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a premium or luxury brand environment.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays; willingness to work retail hours.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Typically 2+ years of frontline retail or luxury sales experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing repeat clients.
Education
