Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs by promoting product features, suggestive selling and cross‑selling.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS system and handle cash, returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss‑prevention measures.
  • Participate in brand training, product education and store meetings; represent the brand at events and private client appointments as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or luxury‑goods training advantageous.
  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays; willingness to work retail hours.
  • Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
