Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service and build long-term relationships with clients through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of Coach leather goods and accessories.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage returns and exchanges in line with brand policy.
- Maintain a refined boutique environment through attention to visual merchandising standards, store presentation and stock replenishment.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment activities including click-and-collect, ship-from-store and client order management when required.
- Contribute to inventory control and loss-prevention procedures, including cycle counts and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives, in-store events and VIP client appointments to drive footfall and brand affinity.
- Provide product expertise and articulate brand heritage, materials and craftsmanship to educate clients and enhance conversion.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Professional appearance and the ability to represent a luxury brand with composure and discretion.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling accuracy; ability to operate POS systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Authorized to work in the hiring country without sponsorship.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand; demonstrated success meeting sales targets and managing high-value client interactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail or fashion retail are advantageous.
