Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and tailored recommendations.
  • Present and merchandise product assortments to brand standards, ensuring visual displays are immaculate and commercially focused.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage daily cash handling procedures.
  • Support inventory control including receiving, stock replenishment, transfers and cycle counts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador: maintain product knowledge, participate in store training and communicate brand initiatives to clients.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain a high-energy, customer-centric retail environment and contribute to store KPIs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Right to work in the United States and availability to work evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional presentation with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and perform in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to luxury brand standards for service and visual presentation.
