Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service with a focus on clienteling, relationship-building and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across categories and communicate product story, quality and craftsmanship to clients.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions and handle cash/card procedures and reconciliations.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to brand guidelines; assist with window and floor merchandising.
- Manage stockroom operations including receiving, inventory control, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing routines, floor moves, promotional set-ups and team collaboration.
- Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM or clienteling platforms to support follow-up and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrable track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States (if employed in the U.S.).
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; proven ability to develop client relationships, drive KPIs and execute merchandising standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, business or fashion is advantageous but not required.
