Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, client-focused service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
  • Manage clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointments, and CRM record-keeping to nurture the client base.
  • Maintain impeccable merchandising standards: merchandise displays, window presentation and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle cash and returns, and ensure accurate daily reconciliation.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to store reporting, promotional execution and team meetings to support store performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrable sales aptitude with experience meeting or exceeding targets; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished, professional appearance and manner.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; ability to work standing shifts.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Typically 1+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, hospitality or business is advantageous.
