Coach is hiring a Sales Associate III in New York, NY — deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive retail sales for Coach's leather and accessories collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective clienteling and strategic upselling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to advise clients and close sales.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation to uphold brand image and seasonal directives.
  • Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, tagging and cycle counts.
  • Participate in store events, client outreach and VIP servicing initiatives to enhance footfall and conversion.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, cash-handling policies and corporate compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or fashion is a plus.
  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 1–3 years within luxury, premium or fashion retail environments.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and manage a client portfolio through proactive outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods; ability to work standing shifts.

Experience
